Job Title: Client Service Representative Personal Lines


Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the service and sales support for assigned book of personal lines business.
  • Provides prompt, accurate, and courteous service to customers, producers, account executives and company personnel.
  • Documents all activity related to a customer/policy in Partner XE including the attaching of all supporting documentation.
  • Handles all client policy transactions in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Assists with all new and renewal submissions.
  • Markets new business and current accounts in a timely manner.
  • Reviews insurance policies for accuracy
  • Maintains confidentiality of all information related to clients, agency, employees, companies, or as appropriate, other information.
  • Improves Insurance skills and knowledge by seeking out educational opportunities.

Desired Skills

  • Possesses strong computer knowledge and skills including experience with Microsoft Office programs as well as agency management software experience.
  • Partner XE agency management system software experience preferred or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Experience working with multiple lines of personal coverage.
  • Demonstrates positive customer service and sales skills, internally and externally, with effective communication, respect, and integrity.
  • Consistently reports to work on time and prepared to perform the duties of the position.
  • Fosters a proactive relationship with customers and company representatives
  • Has the ability to perform multiple tasks in a complex working environment accurately and proficiently.
  • Possesses excellent organizational and technical skills, is a problem solver and self-starter.
  • Willingness to grow in their role through educational opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years work experience in the insurance industry or relevant field
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Holds a current Property and Casualty Insurance license
